HRLM Champagne was born when the founders of “Harlem American” met Matthieu Yamoum, Wine Director at the Baccarat Hotel, and established wine maker Jonathan Sacy.
Through many dinners and late-night conversations, this Cuvée was planned and carefully created. HRLM Champagne’s quality, originality, and crisp freshness, highlight its elegance as well as its heritage.
The winery is working in 18 hectares of vineyards with deep respect of the land. They are concerned about environmental matters and obtained labels HVE (High Environmental Value) and VDC (sustainable viticulture in Champagne).These labels take into account how you manage water or biodiversity on your estate.
